Post by electroscruff » Sun Nov 05, 2006 9:28 pm

Anybody know of any good dj controller(midi interface) that has a audio interface included?
Just got Ableton Live 6. I'm here to ask a bunch of stupid questions, so bear with me. Cheers.

It's not so well thought out really, too--like there's no way to use it as a purely Ableton interface, you HAVE to use another sound source to get the most out of it.

Since it costs as much as a nice used car, you'd think they would put a soundcard in that would let you use all 4 channels of the mixer (plus the mixer sends) as Ableton inputs/outputs simultaneously. The mixer shouldn't have been a step back features-wise from the 92, and they should have included an elegant way to record yr set output. When you get toward the $3K mark, that's not too much to ask.

Faderfox LC-2 should be out in December.
