-because the concept is brilliant! Verbally closing a poll just because you want it to be closed is simply genius!

- leans back and watches.

nah, don't mean to be a hater, just a jacker.

The best place is on any beach, warm water, cold beer and nothing to do. Women? I got one, that's more than enough for me.

That's what I tell her when she goes on about me cheating on her (her obligatory ranting), "Why in the hell would I want to deal with TWO women giving me shit?!!" Ends that conversation real fast.

ok, good news!

i have decided to extend the poll! so all those that want to vote now can!

so far australia seems to be the most popular subject to talk about. lets discuss. the poll will officially close on december 15th, so make sure you get your votes in by then!

if you want to add some more options to the poll please do so. for instance, i'm adding this one right here "options 2 & 3? only?"

good luck!

New Zealand is shit.

Don't come here. Honestly I wouldn't bother. Un-polluted, un-crowded, hasn't pissed anyone off, the least corrupt - according to a global study, with a third-term Labour government. The Prime Minister is a woman, and she's also Minister for the Arts. Yeah it's fuckin shit here mate. Australia's the place for you. :)
Ha! the best way to keep out the "trash" is to not say anything

HAAHAHA, dude, you are funny.

As frickin' awsome as AU is.....there are some issues......most poisonous snakes, most poisonous bugs, most poisonous sea-creatures....., and forge.

nuff said.........

Ok , that is just too funny, even forge has to admit that is a great line!

Cool, but the warm water thing means you will be distracked by bugs, humidity, preditors, tourism, overwhelming rain (oh, yeah, i've been to warm water places many many times) hurricanes, sharks, man-o-war, stingrays (mostly friendly, but tell that to steve irwin) poor hotel service....even from the 4/5's........did I say man-o-wars?.................

Predators? How small are you? Stand up man, grab a pointed stick, defend yourself!

I should add anywhere but Florida or anyplace remotely like it.

ok, good. we're making progress!

so florida is definitely out of the question and just to confirm it i'm putting another option in the poll so here it is:
"Definitely not florida?"

Now If you're not going to vote for florida, please feel free to vote, otherwise we're going to have to either correct you or cancel your voting when all the results are in around november 12th.

and if you voted for the wrong option, please cancel it and do ita again. no worries, we won't be upset.

you need to change the poll so that people can vote on the rules of the poll.

I'm confused, I hope there's no math in all this.

I'd say the best place in the world is wherever you call home.

yeh, seems like there are a lot of poisonous things in australia, and crocodiles that will eat you. Albeit sunny there hardly any ozone layer there. i think i read that. There must be some beautiful girls in australia, because i've seen pictures of them, and I think i read there are more women than men. but, yes, there is forge.

[edit] So it might be in australia, anywhere forge isn't. Lake Louise in Canada is nice, though, but it gets very cold lots of the year. I think the best place is definitely a place where you can leave and come back without too much trouble, then, just in case it isn't the best place.

[more edit] sometime, the best place is only there for a moment. i was in Tucson, AZ, once, on a hot august day, and it was hot but a dry hot, of course, and it was the Tohono O'odham indian reservation where they were having a flea market, and the sky was wide and blue and there was this beautiful beatiful young woman with long flowing black hair that the wind was lifting up just so perfectly and she was working in a tent that housed a cold drink stand and the sign said 'cold drinks' and her eyes sparkled in the desert sun her hair like some rare flower and I drew closer and closer thinking about that cold drink that i would accept from her hand trying to say something friendly and the PA system said 'market will be closing in 5 minutes' and I walked closer and closer but would not arrive before the stand closed and she was gone.
