need help mapping impulse to my mpd

i need help mapping my akai mpd 24 to impulse. i know impulse uses c3 d3 e3 and so on. how would i map that to ableton plus i noticed that on my mpd it says the notes as numbers 36, 37, 38 and so on starting from bank A. what i dont understand is how this is supposed to be the LIVE preset. i am confused please help. thanks

There seems to be a bit of confusion here: You need to map the MPD to match the Impulse, not the other way around. Check out this link:

to see which note numbers you want. (It starts at 60)
