MacIntel Upgraders - what powerPC stuff do you miss?
hey, I'm lucky enough to have myself a PowerPC based desktop, and a macbook for gigging. Though I'm thinking of upgrading to having one machine, an all powerful macbook pro (as I'm getting into video stuff live, and the video card sucks on the macbook)
It's been a while since intel macs have been around now. Some developers have been pretty quick on the case (thanks ableton), other not so (ahem, native instruments)... and other's simply aren't on the case at all!
Just wondering, for those who've jumped on the MacIntel bandwagon, what apps / tools / plug ins are missed?

Atmosphere
Trilogy
Altiverb
PSP stuff
There is a lot of great stuff available now though, and I'm not feeling held back on my Macbook Pro or Mac Pro system in comparison to my G5 in the studio.

I love that synth. Think it'll ever come out for Intel? I doubt it. Everyone who wanted it bought it. The most they'd get for porting it is a measly upgrade fee. Not economical I suspect. That sucks.kenn michael wrote:ImpOSCar
Apple's SECOND platform migration within the last decade continues to screw us.
If they dont wanna port for financial reasons then we should makedave999z wrote:I love that synth. Think it'll ever come out for Intel? I doubt it. Everyone who wanted it bought it. I got some funny ideas because i am not constrained by business models,
and I wont incriminate myself,
