How to convert my music to .wav fill ?

Hello everybody and thanks a lot for your help.
I have Live 5 upgrade and Live 6 upgrade.
I recorded a song on Live 5 and I wish to convert it to a .wav fill, so that I can send it to a friend.
I don't know the steps to do that conversion.
I recorded my music in the Session View of Live 5 but never did anything with the Arrangement View. Do I have to work with Live 6 and do that conversion now ?

I'm asking you these questions since that procedure is not well explained in the Live 5 Reference Manual.

What do I have do do ?

Hello,

Drag your clip in to the arrangement view and put it on a track, highlight the whole clip with the loop markers, go to file menu, click on render, choose the options you want in the render menu.
