Remote SL question

Just bought the Novation Remote SL to use with Live 6.
Automapping is brilliant. Everything works like it should be with Reason, but with Live i have a problem.
The rotary knobs (the upper ones on the left side of the SL) stay put on one place. When you try to move them, they don't move further or jump back. And that isn't the case in reason.

Any suggestions?

upgrade to latest firmware (via Novation site download) v2.00

install everything

reboot etc

it'll work fine

i bought my Zero SL 2 days ago - had same thing with encoders - they didn't do anything in Ableton - but after upgrading, all was fine
