Converting to mono

I've got a sample that is only in the right speaker and want it to be in both. It's not just a panning issue, it's just how the sample was made. Basically, I need to convert this stereo sample into mono... how can i do that?

Conversion is not needed - instead, use the Utility plugin - this is where it really shines.
