Import session data?

Is there anything equivalent to Protools "import session data " in Ableton Live 6?
I need to take some stuff from session to session but I can't beleive I have mix and automate it all over.

For the ones of us that don't know anything about Protools, could actually explain what you'd like to do?

Open the destination session and drag the source session from the browser into the destination session.
