Can anybody help?

Hi
Today I purchased the download version of the Live 6 upgrade. I have installed it, registered my copy using the supplied serial number. The product page in Preferences says that Live 6 is unlocked, but when I load Live it is in DEMO mode and I am unable to save any work. I’ve tried contacting ableton through the links in their website, but each time I try I get a server error message so I can’t contact them. Please help.

Is there maybe a Sampler or Operator hiding in your template set?

if you haven't bought operator or sampler - switch them to 'hidden' in your preferences and be aware that trying to use any live clips which use sampler or operator will flip you into demo hell.

I don't know, I can't find them but then I'm not sure where to look. On the Products page in Preferences Operator is in demo mode, and Sampler is marked hidden and Live 6 is marked unlocked. I have tried the link mentioned my Formatk, that is one of the ones that crash, in fact all the ones I tried crashed. I would be thankfull of any help you could offer.
