VirusTI recorded output records late on live 6.0.1

Post by Sly One » Mon Nov 27, 2006 1:27 pm

If I set a track on the Virus TI playing, with PDC on, it plays perfectly in time as expected. However, if I route the audio output out of the MIDI track hosting the Virus plugin into another audio track, and set that audio track to record, the recorded output turns out about a 1/4 of a beat late. I can shuffle it manually back into time but obvious this is just a workaround and very irritating.

This didn't happen in live 5.2. I'm not discounting the possibility that it's a Virus issue, but thought I'd raise it here in case there have been issues with recording bounced audio in 6.0.1.

Anyone have the same problem?

Not seeing that myself. When you say you route the output of the midi (VC) track to another audio one, does the midi track have events on it, or are you playing the TI live?
