As for me:
1. various colors of notes for each drum (for drum sumplers like Battery or Impulse)
2. hi-hat ban for open and close at the same time
3. smartly adjustable random pattern buttons
4. option to map a whole vst synth for each note separately (or maby routing of each note to another midi track would be sufficient)
5. import of GM drum midi files
6. swing options
