Re: access virus
Hi geek,
I am using the Virus TI with Live 6 and it runs great (just make sure you are using the latest firmware/os version from Access)

I have the Virus KC and can't live without it. Can generate some very 'organic' sounds with a little tweaking.....
On a different note, does anyone know the name of the company that made a plugin to integrate the Virus hardware as a plugin ?
Somebody posted a link to it sometime back but they hadn't completed the plugin yet and I haven't been able to find the link since......
Thanks

Ditto what doc said. I have set up a template to work with live 6 in automap mode, which really works great. The envelope knobs are mapped to the 8 macros available in each device/rack. Same layout and everything
Should be getting distributed in an OS update soon.

i have the access virus indigo 1. the transpose buttons (octave up and down) do not transmit midi information. bummer. great sounding synth, i love it.
having a fuck of a time waiting for a shipment of a new LCD screen. they put shit ones in and are problematic. i hope their new T1's are built with higher quality.

Just a note for those interested, the buttons on the TI do not currently transmit midi data either in Remote Control mode. Just a heads up, pretty much only the knobs and mod wheels can transmit midi data.GaryTracks wrote:the transpose buttons (octave up and down) do not transmit midi information. bummer. great sounding synth, i love it.
