Does Kore actually work for you?
Try disabling Kore and it' plugins and then try if Live works on it's own.
I had Kore for few days and it crashed constantly and I returned it to the shop.
Check Kore first.

I encountered the same problem (crash) using NI's Bandstand in Live on a quad core.
I figured out that when I turn off the multithreading option in Live, then it stops crashing, but then I'm unable to load bandstand into an instrument rack (well, I can load bandstand but can't load an instrument into bandstand because the processing function of bandstand locks up), but if it's not in a rack, then it works.
Try this with Kore and let us know.

Hi,
It would be usefull to know what kind of computer each of the people here use, and especially which exact version of Live. For instance, the latest beta corrects a bug on multi-processor multi-core machines that could in certain conditions make Live crash, when a MIDI controller receives feedback.
Have you people tried the beta? If so and if it still crashes, do send the crash report to beta@ableton.com, and we'll have a good chance to know what happens on your specific setup, thus to correct it.
regards,
Amaury

ok i want to work with beta...
I think this bugs has links with controllers.
But, i suggest there are too much bet versions for
a "professional" software named Ableton's Lives.
Thinck to this for future, it's like an advertissment.
But everybody can advance a lot of things : i'm OK !
The world is not perfect : the informatic/electronic in first.
