Help w/ Asio4all.

I am using a M-Audio Mobile Pre and a Creative Labs Soundblaster! card. I am trying to set up Asio4all for this, using the USB as my cue out, but can't get it to work right at all.

The buffer adjustment is simply speeding up the tempo so by the time the sound is crisp, my tempo is much more than what I started with. Also, no matter what tempo or buffer size, the M-Audio is cracking up really bad.

Any help?
