bcr2000 rogue rotary
bcr2000 rogue rotary
ive just got a bcr2000 and one of the rotaries moves on its on, going between 2 cc numbers, not attached to a computer so its not automation. ive tried updating firmware but it does the same thing.
is this a problem that anyone else has had, or is this a bad product that needs to be returned?

I have the same problem. Some encoders keep 'turning' by themselves.
Bought the thing last friday, will bring it back this afternoon, I'll let you know what happened

Did get a new one, however, the 'rogue rotaries' are now also rogue buttons so problem is back....
