hello peoples!

this Friday December 1st I will playing at Laughing Lotus's Midnight Yoga class lead by Paul. The class starts at 10pm and goes till midnight. I will be playing some soothing dreamy delayed out tunes, might do some looping and then will progress into some of my regular bit-chipped beatsillyness. For those of you who do not know Laughing Lotus Yoga, New York Magazine says they are "the friendliest yoga in town". This class tends to fill up really fast so I recomend getting there early. So if Vinyasa Yoga is your thing (and you would like to Yoga out to my tunes), I highly recommend coming out Friday night (thats tomorrow).

for those of you who are not into Yoga or who cant make it out on Friday night- I am playing at FAT BABY in the Lower East Side of New York City on MONDAY DECEMBER 11th at 8pm. Fat Baby is located at 112 Rivington St.
(between Ludlow & Essex) and their phone number is 212-533-1888. This will be the equivalent of my holiday show and there will be much Wasseling, eggnog drinks and perhaps some reindeer games.

the yoga was a truly amazing experience. its like scoring a movie but live, changing the music as their movements changed. and i think they actually liked the music too!
i mostly played effected bass and did a bunch of looping with some beat building when they got going.

for fatbaby ill prob play somewhere between 45-60 mins. of holiday cheer!

i was just notified to the fact that Dragons of Zynth will also be performing at Fatbaby next monday night! kickasssssss.,

"Dragons of Zynth are the purveyors of the refreshing new sounds of Afrotek, a new beat-rock science created by twins Aku and Akwetey O.T. and drummer/Devang" and were a showcased group at CMJ. apparently their new album is being produced by TV on the Radio. kickass.

Due to unfortunate last minute circumstances with the other bands, my Fatbaby performance tonight has BEEN RESCHEDULED to MONday DEC 18th. Thats next Monday- same time (8pm) , same place (Fatbaby).
