trouble installing audio damage's dub station

working on a pc, trying to get this plugin to work, but ableton just doesn't recognise it.

it should be pretty simple since its only a dll file,

never had any trouble installing vsts before.

any advice much appreciated.

i had similar problem with Dischord2 and dubstation- they said download the very latest version. i did this, and it was OK.
