Can't Load Reaktor 5 As Plugin

Any Help?

For some reason every other plugin I own shows up, and can be used in the plugins folder in Ableton 5.2

Except for Reaktor.
The files and components are all there in : Library, Audio, Plugins etc...
But in Ableton.. Reaktor's a no show.

Any Help being able to use this in Ableton is much thanked.
This is also on Intel Mac.
