track status display showing 0:0

a problem that i had been experiencing since a couple of months:
after around 30 secs of a track being played, the 'track status display' starts showing 0:0 till it gets to a looped section... this happens with every track, in every set.. both in live 5 & 6 (lastest versions). if i make a new set and just get 1 track into it, the 0:0 come around 1 min after i launch the clip (better behaviour than with a set full of tracks.. where 30 secs is the longest that the 'track status display' works)

theres nothing i can do about it... any ideas/advices ?
