Holy shit, that's a pretty high Mac-to-PC laptop ratio in the photo above, am!

If I am around I will definitely pop in to check this out - my Live skills aren't quite up to jamming just yet, but I'd love to see what you guys can do!

Outpost #4 is TONIGHT, (Wednesday the 27th of December) at Horse Bazaar, 8:30 - 11:30. We have two fantastic feature slots booked plus the jams either side so it should be right on.

Robin Fox is doing a short set and we are hoping he brings his laser box down to zap us all and make us feel like we are being interrogated by the MCP from Tron. Max MSP heads should come and check Rob's fine stylings.

Spoonbill (aka. Jim Moynihan) is also going to drop by for a solo slot. Having spent much time overseas, Jim is off the boxes and onto the lappy and will be sure to crank it up in his unique quirky/funky/edgy/downbeat manner. Awesome.

As always, there will be much opportunity for jamming (Outpost #3 had 10 machines rocking at once) so as always,
Bring your gear and have no fear...

Top work to everyone involved last night, shall be down at the next one for sure. Hopefully one day I'll be able to buy a laptop and join in - maybe I could lug my iMac down there. Anyway. Cheers.

Outpost #5 is on for young and old this Wednesday the 31st @ Horse Bazaar from 8:30 p.m.

The Life-Size kids will be coming down and doing a little show with dance, sounds and video all at the same time! Life-Size is Luke George with Kristy Ayre, Luke Smiles & Martyn Coutts.

All of these guys are killer, and normally you’d have to pay good art punter money to see them bust out. Don’t miss it! They should be on around 9pm-ish. Check out the vid for their YouTube dance challenge.

Also, we have Thomas Campbell (a.k.a. DJ Soup) from Miso coming down to play a set as well. No doubt he’ll be bringing some downtempo, busted, broken and dubbed out gear for all to enjoy.

And, as usual the jams will be on. So, bring your gear and have no fear.

Look forward to seeing you all at the Horse
