it's friggin bitchen.
new sounds and ways to manipulate them.
I had trouble with 2 being stable in Live (slow to load, crashed a lot)
3 seems faster, less cpu, and haven't had any problems yet.
buy it.

So far so good. The expanded library and fx easily made it worthwhile for me. Not sure if there are issues out there. It's been working fine for me (Live 6, OSX 10.4.8 ), but you may want to scan the NI forum to see if there might be problems specific to your setup.

I bought it for chrismas and the kits sound good, but I'm unable to preview the individual cell componants in the browser which limits it's use for building your own kits from cells as you have to load a cell to hear it which is inconveniant, are you finding this polyslax?
The new library and browser was one of the clinchers for me so finding that it was incompletely implemented was a bit af a downer.
But I was cheered up when I recieved a second Battery 3 in the post, which I'm willing to sell slightly cheaper than shop price it's brand new not activated and still in it's wrapper. PM me if interested will sell to a uk buyer that can pay though paypal.
