Spotlight

Sorry if anyone has said this before but how about integrating Spotlight into the Ableton finder? I know it's there all the time but you can't drag stuff from a quick spotlight search into live... Be amazing if live could somehow tap into the spotlight index rather than crunching through the HD...

I saw that post about a notepad. However I thought I'd post this because personally I don't see much use for a notepad, but plenty of use for spotlight! Either integrated into the Live browser, or being able to drag from a spotlight search from the top menu (although I guess doing that is down to Apple now Ableton?).

Try doing your search from the Spotlight 'window' as apposed to the menu. As in Control + Option + Space (or whatever you've got it set to). Audio files will drag into Live from this window.
