Track color in arrange, after hit play..

this is kind of strange..
when you hit play the color of the tracks in arrange change a bit in color..
so far all good.. but the don't change all..
is there a specific reason for this?

the ones that change are marked red..
the others stay the same as they were..

I have been experiencing strange incidents in session where the color completely vanishes from chunks,/clusters of clips, as though the clip/clips are missing, but at some point it returns to the original color after being triggered to play.
