file management > manage set > locate missing samples

the automatic search should search the song folder before the main library, otherwise it takes years to locate some samples that are part of the same project. you can of course disable the automatic search from doing a full rescan but even when this is left checked it should still search the project folder first.

not a biggie, just a timesaver.

There are various settings that let you specify an area to search.

One little trick to find everything fast:

replace one sample manually. Then set the manager to "search near samples already found".
