Sampler or Simpler question

Is it possible to create a template of parameter settings (like, VCA, VCF, LFO, etc.) in Simpler/Sampler and apply it EASILY to any OTHER Simpler/Sampler presets?

What counts as parameters? If it's everything besides the sample itself, then I might say 'yes' -

just drag in another sample

Ok, of course I mean everything besides the sample.

The problem is that it is a multisampled preset what I am talking about - that is 8 samples accross the keyboard.
When I drag and drop the properly named 8 samples (like "Sound_C1.wav", etc.) into an exisitng patch, onto the exisitng samples, two things happen:

1. Existing samples are not overwritten, but the new ones are added to the previous ones.

2. The Sampler does not handle the key information (like "C1"), but it spread the sample across the entire keyboard.

Thus replacing a sample seems to be not working (or I do not know something).

So is there any easy way to apply parameter settings to ready presets?
It is very annoying to set each parameter of a e.g. Pad-like envelope one-by-one at e.g. 20-30 presets.

Any solution?

Sounds like you may be dragging in the whole set of samples into the zone area or onto the sampler (?)

Try dragging the individual samples onto the corresponding waveform displays

Hmm... manually dropping and setting zones is basically even harder than to set parameters one-by-one.

Any other idea?

Sorry but let me try one more time because I get the feeling I'm not getting my suggestion across.

Open the zone editor. You've got 8 samples, you say. Click on one to highlight it. Now drag the new sample onto the waveform display in the sample window below (not into the zone area).

Now that sample has the same zone settings, and the Sampler still has all of its parameter settings. Do that for the other 7 samples. It should only take a few seconds
