Live not responding to certain midi CC intervalls

Let me try to see if I can explain this...

With my Lemur remote controlling (in this case velocity plug) parameters in Live via a multislider object - Live wont respond when going from 0 (bottom of slider) to any value or from 127 (top of slider) to any value. In other words: if my slider is all the way down (or up) and I touch it to jump to a certain place along it's axis - the parameter it's mapped to wont respond. But, if I "slide" along the axis the value picks up. Strange, huh?

I've checked with MidiOX and concluded that the Lemur/Midi Daemon does indeed send the midi message properly.

Problem could be solved by changing the Scale parameter in Jazzeditor to 1-126 (the range of the CC message). But in this case I need the zero to actually turn off velocity. So the problem seems to be that Live doesn't respond to a jump from 0 to any value or from 127 to any value.

This is on PC win XP sp2, Live 6.03, Lemur 1.6 (Dec 18 beta).

So, Lemur owners (Machinate?), could you see if this happens to you as well?

Seems if I don't use Scaling for midi-overtake my problem is solved. Guess that is OK since the Lemur can use parameter feedback.
