Consolidating 2 libraries

I've installed 6.03 now and chose not to convert my Live 5 library on installation so Live 6 has set up it's own library location. However I have now backed up Live 5's library and don't like the fact that the 2 apps are using diferent patches. How can I now convert the old Live 5 library and consolidate it into the new Live 6 one - do I just move it into the new folder or what?
