Found canidates/sound files..how do you retain?

Hey everyone,
So i've managed to mangle my convert to L6 just like eveyone else it seems.
I have got some order instilled again, but i can't figure out how to keep the found sample files associated with my instruments.I load a operator sound like
"additivo"...says files missing...search for said files and auto replace.But when i
move on to another instrument,then return to "additivo" i get files missing again(and the same amount).
I figure it has to do with my mangled folder situation but can't seam to get it sorted so i've come to the pros for advice or a solution!!
