Logic and Live wont sync

Hi there, im new to this forum, be great if someone can help with this.
I have a G4 titanium 400 OSX, and have been running Logic with Live for a while, and it seems to work a treat. In my studio i have 1 G4 dual 1gb, and another G4 800 both on OS9. I have installed Live on the machines and they wont sync to Logic. Its coming up with a message saying something like "Please quit master rewire app and restart Live" or something like that..
Its not seeing it properly, ive checked extentions etc, but nothing.
It worked fine on mmy laptop, but that is on OSX.

Anybody help with this please?
