where are my presets!!!!!!!!!!

Can anybody help.....

I have a folder for each of Live 5 devices. Each folder is entitled compressor, filter, EQ etc. All of these folders are empty: I have only one instance of each Leive device. Is this how it should be?

I have recently upgradedto Live 5 from a Live Lite 4 version and am positive that when using Lite 4 there were more than one instance of each live device; i.e in each corresponding folder there were different types of filters, EQ's, compressors, DElays etc.

I upgraded to Live 5 via a download and have the installation disks if theu are needed.

Can someone help with this simple but frustrating problem. This is like the third post i have sent.

Everyone keeps sending me to this link but it doesnt help!! It is for Live 5/6 compatability issues yes?

My problem was when i went from Live Lite 4 to Live 5.

By installing the dpwnload (the one for making sure live 6 'reads' the folders of Live 5) will it solve MY problem?

This is a real pain. The support from Ableton has not been great either. I got an email telling me to download a device pack. Did this, installed it and nothing changed. E-mailed them back and have had no reply for over four weeks.
