Live6.0.3 not loading Impulse or Simpler Presets!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, complete bullshit here from Ableton. No help at all from tech support.

I have all the files where they should be for Impulse and Simpler, yet the "Missing Samples" error shows up and when a automatic seach is activated it returns no matches.

THE FILES ARE IN THE FOLDER!!!!!! Live will not even accept the file when it is dragged onto the player itself.

None of my electronic or acoustic files will load into impulse and simpler will only load about 25% of content...NO ANSWERS FROM ABLETON

I am F&(#ing pissed!
