I cant access...

the instruments in the browser area. When I click on the lil arrow thingy they dont open/ expand.

I did dabble with some settings tring to fix the latency issues went back and still cant figure it out.

Sounds like you've got no presets? Did you move the Library location in Prefs? Did you install all the packs available for DL from the Ableton site?

Go to: Options > Preferences > Library Path > C\Documents...\My Documents\Ableton

That should sort it - it was probably pointing your instruments to the wrong folder
