Laptop died, bought new one. How do I get a copy of Live?

This could be a basic question, but I'm going through withdrawls! The laptop that I had Live on died and won't power up. I can't get the original program off of that computer. Where do I download a copy onto the new laptop from? (And then what is the procedure for unlocking it?) Thanks!!

Go here:

http://www.ableton.com/latest_versions

Download the version you need.

Once downoaded, boot the program, enter your serial number, and click "Unlock On-line". Live will connect to the Abe server and authorise your copy.
