I have Cubase SX rewired With Abelton Live 5 audio probs

Hiya all...
Im new to this forum so bare with me if this had already been talked about
I have Cubase SX and Abelton live 5 I have rewire working fine slave and master the only problem is I want to record my arrangement in Live into Cubase SX I had no problems before but now it just does not seem to do anything are their any tips on this as need to master my track which uses MIDI tracks both in Live and Cubase?
