Keybord problems...

My keys are mixed up.

When I hit a white note on my midi board it a black note two over.

You might want to post more information. For instance, is this something that is happening only with Ableton Live, or other software as well? If you don't have anything else. Search for software for your operating system that will tell you what MIDI commands are being received by the computer so that you can start troubleshooting where the problem is. Search google for the phrase "midi monitor." Feel free to report back.

Yeah its happening in reason aswell. Its been like that since I got it just ignored it and edited the notes correctly but just tired of doing that now and just need a quick fix.

Hey Unc, if you told us WHAT MODEL of MIDI keyboard you're using, it would help a bit...

If you know that it's a problem with your MIDI keyboard, then that might be easy to fix. Check the manual for the "transpose" settings of your keyboard and see if you can correct the problem that way. You probably just need to transpose the keyboard down a couple of notches.
