ReMOTESL & Live 6.0.3: Won't auto switch to VST Template

I've searched the Tips & Tricks forum but can't find an answer so here goes:

Q) Is the Autpmap feature fully supported in Live 6.0.3? Specifcally, not the template usage but the feature where you click for eg. impOSCar VST and the ReMOTE auto changes Template to the impOSCar one?

I've got my new Novation ReMOTESL and I've updated it's firmware and installed the latest USBAudioMIDI driver, got the ReMOTE SL Editor and uploaded two Live Templates and setup Live's MIDI ports and Control Service as per the Novation AnswerBase Article.

1) Do I need to install the ReMOTESL Installer V2 as this doesn't find LIVE and so won't install?

2) What Template should I tell the KB to startup in? It only has Automaps for Reason, Cubase, Logic and Reserved Automap

3) If I use the two Live Templates I uploaded they seem to just be Templates for the Mixer so I think I'm barking up the wrong tree???

I'm about to through this thing out of the window...

Have I missed something? In 'Reserved Automap' mode the left hand side of the KB swaps control displays (so it does know I have clicked on a different item in Live) but the display is wrong and you can't switch controls etc and it's deffintely not the display you get when you manually change Template.

In Summary, HOW DO I GET THE KB TO AUTOSWITCH TO THE REQUIRED VST TEMPLATE? (Sorry About the shouting)

If you click on the imposcar while using the ableton automap it will automatically map out on the top 8 encoders but not on the bottom ones this is the way it works in live. If you want to use the full template for the imposcar then you should scoll the imposcar template that is already on the sl.

In lives prefernces you do have the control surface set to port 2 for in/out right?

Yes you should install this it should work

If you have the control surface set to port 2 in lives preference then when you start live it should automatically flick to the ableton automap.
