Hi,
I'm having some problem with my trigger finger in Live 6.0.1. The device shows up in the configuration screen, and I have selected Track, sync and remote on. It also shows up as connected in Enigma. But when i try to use it in Live, it doesnt react. No signal is coming thru to Live. But sometimes it works fine for a couple of seconds, and then stops working. For instanse when i load a project. I have turned the power saving functions off on all my usb outlets. I'm using the latest driver from m-audio. Does anyone know what might be the problem? My computer specs are:
Dell Inspiron 6400
Intel Core 2 Due 1,66 ghz.
2GB Ram

Would it be the same if I buy a AC adaptor to the trigger finger, instead of using a use a USB hub with an external power connection?Buchholz wrote:Hi DJWaxluva,

This is the answer I got from m-audio support:
There could be several reasons for this type of problem, and this is probably due to en IRQ resource sharing issue on your system (which you can check in your device manager), however a call to our local tech support department should ensure a quick solution.
Information on your nearest support department in Norway can be found here:

What is the IRQ resource sharing issue?

I had the same problem and was able to fix it. It was my USB outlet on my laptop causing the problem. I routed my TF thru an externally powered USB hub and into my laptop and it worked perfectly. I also tried it with a generic 9V adapter and it did NOT work -- only worked using the USB hub.
For what it's worth I also reinstalled the drivers and rebooted; but I'm pretty sure it was just the addition of the USB hub that got it all working.
