Sampler: Can't read my Akai-CDs

I just unlocked my sampler, and next of course I eagerly put in my old-and-tried Akai-CDs - but nada. I pressed "Find Sample-CDs", and the diskdrive starts to spin, but then ... nothing! javascript:emoticon(':(')

I tried it again on my second computer, but same same.

Is there something, that I am overlooking?

hrm.. yeah..

I read about that somewhere... here or in a musicmagazine... there is a solution but I cannot remember... I don't use AKAI-CD:s, that's why...

Ah, at least I know now, that I am not the first one to experience this ... so it's less likely, that it's just caused by my own stupidity. I had already been looking on the Web, but couldn't find a mention of this problem anywhere.
