Make IO/mixer/xfade/etc settings project-specific,not global

Showing/hiding certain Live-elements, like IO, returns, mixer-parts... their status should be saved with Live sets/projects so that you could get the same view every time you open your project.

At current, these settings are global and shared with each project.

Each projects has it's own settings for these since projects tend to be different.
