Have had this issue with all versions of Live to present
When working with Pitchbend envelopes acrost multiple clips in a channel (arrange or session) ...
Using an envelope to pitchbend a MIDI instrument will often (randomly more than 50% of the time) not release the pitchbend for subsequent clips.
In other words, the pitch becomes "stuck" and subsequent clips start playing at the wrong pitch.
Only way I have found to put pitch back to 0 is to manually drag on the pitch envelope, or use a hardware wheel mapped to pitchbend to jiggle the pitch and reset it
This also happens when rendering a track to disk or rendering the channel. All VST instruments I can recall so not tied to any specific 3rd party
