Ctrl-F should follow until told to stop

Ctrl-F should follow until told to stop

When I press Ctrl-F to have the scrolling follow the music, if I stop to edit something, it stops following and I have to press Ctrl-F to start it again. It's annoying. Just have the scrolling continue to follow until I tell it to stop by pressing Ctrl-F again.
