Does it work well with Live?

Any problems, or wish that this the other, or uncfortbal back and forth etc?

ABout to buy it

I haven't really had any problems so far, but I may only use one or two instruments from Sampletank in any given set.

what are your specs for your computer?

I have a new IMac Intel Core Duo.........512 Nghz

You may want to go into your preferences in Sampletank and turn of "Relist on startup". That will help you load it a LOT faster.

SampleTank crashes Live all the time. not much help from the folks at IK (in fact, NOTHING)

Check out the UB update - load times are much improved, and it doesn't seem to crash Live anymore.

Well Im on a PC using Live 6 and the latest sampletank update 2.1 I think.

Not had any crashes with it at all only use about 3 or 4 instruments at at time so not really given it a stress test.

Sonic Synth2 however which I believe uses the older sampletank engine 2.09 or something like that wasnt that stable in live.

Just my experience with it
