Plugins resetting

When I run live and select a certain preset in certain plugins, after I restart Live, the plugin resets to its default preset.

This is rather frustrating because I have to manually go through every instance of every plugin generator to select the correct sound again. And most of the time, I forget what sounds I am using.

Is there any way I can make sure that the plugins keep their settings when I save the file and reload it?

Which plugin? Certain ones have quirky preset systems that make it hard or impossible for Live to deal with.
Whichever one you're using, there's almost certain to be someone around here that knows it well.
