Here's another one that gets me because I don't recall it in 5 (though can't check because it is gone from my laptop).
If you were working with a synth, and the blue hand (of god) is on the synth, then errantly place an effect next in the chain, click on the effect and right click -> delete, it deletes both the effect and the synth (because they end up both being highlighted).
This doesn't happen if you change a parameter in the effect, because then the synth becomes unhighlighted, but if you just put it in and then try to delete it, you delete both.
I have done this on so many occasions, really annoying.
