A good MIDI filter
More buggy sequencer have a decent integrated midi filter able to treat incoming MIDI messages in any way. Why Live haven’t that. And worst why is it impossible to put at beginning of a chain a third part midi plug. So practically we are unable to treat a midi message.
Seems to me an incredible lack.
Cheers,
Gianluca

I posted a similar request recently, but I'll add it to your's since you have more replies:
I'm trying to set up an instrument rack with a piano sound and a synth sound. But I don't want the sustain pedal to effect the synth or the pitch bend and mod wheels to effect the piano.
What I need is a midi filter plugin to place at the front of each chain.
Unless someone knows of another way to achieve it...?
