MIDI Plugin for Abletone Live Lite 5

I can't hear my MIDI tracks. So i read that i need a MIDI plug in.

Can anybody recommend me a free MIDI plug in?

If you are only after basic midi playback (ie. listen to a downloaded General Midi File) enable the midi/audio in out view and select in the "midi to" drop down field your systems in built midi player (possibly microsoft wavetable synth or similar in windows) This also needs to be enabled in midi preferences.
