Shutting down Live reboots my computer

Just getting a new PC up and running, and I'm experiencing a nasty problem with Live.

Basically, I have been getting fairly frequent occurrence of the machine suddenly rebooting when I close Live down. There is no error message, blue screen or warning, it just jumps straight to the boot screen. Pretty nasty.

Specifically, if seems to happen when I close down a live set which needs saving, and brings up the 'do you want to save' message box. I have had the crash occurring both after selecting 'yes' and 'no' to the message box.

This is happening on both versions 5 and 6.

My PC is an Intel Core 2 Duo 6600 with 2Gb of RAM.

Any ideas anyone?

What's your audio card setup?
Maybe your could try to reproduce with another audio card or the internal computer audio?
Something to try, maybe you can blame the audio drivers.

I experience a similar issue:

I run a Core 2 Duo 6700 on xp pro 64. My soundcard is a firewire motu 828mkii.

If live locks up and I have to kill the process in the task manager, immediately after closing Live my computer reboots.

I am still using 6.0.1

Sounds like a sound card or midi driver issue.
