Flunked out of college in '86. Moved to Chicago. Lived in a 1/2 way house for 11 months, (serious drug issues)...found some 1/2 ass jobs....then finally found a way to get back to school by declaring my alcoholism as a disability. Got a degree in Physical Therapy. Now own a couple clinics which pays the bills for my true love - Music!

I always wanted my music to be unaffected by my financial needs to maintain it's purity.

Musically, into the WaxTrax scene since '86...hung with em all. Started writing in the early nineties when industrial started to die. No more music, had to start writing my own. Had an industrial band, toured for a year or so, Label releases, then evolved into Electro, (Chemical Brothers, Prodigy Style)...Now House!!! my recent discography:

Wow, Todd's the comeback kid! Nice! I love stories of overcoming adversity.

Damn...that's the second time I've seen that quote in as many days now...I was flipping channels last night and saw the quote before the start of a movie...any guesses as to which move it was?...

My favorite intro movie quote:

"Revenge is a dish best served cold - Old Klingon proverb" - Kill Bill

The Nietzsche quote was an intro for Conan the Barbarian

Funny, I'm re-writing my bio right now, but I think it would be a bit impersonal to post it in this thread. I have 2 careers: my day job and music (night job). So by day I'm the Senior Image Coordinator at a mid-size ad agency in the San Francisco Bay Area. Fancy way of saying I Photoshop for a living. I also do some freelance web and print design. And they said my degree in sculpture would be worthless  At night I play records, make tracks and play live. Mostly in San Francisco, or Oakland where I live. When I'm not working I spend time with my fiance, run around the lake and I'm active in my church (Unitarian-Universalist).

I've only recently started using Live seriously- I've always used Cubase for production work and hardware gear for playing live. Now I'm using Live as the main instrument in my rig and I'm using it more and more for making tracks.

Huey- I'm from St.Louis too! U.City baby.
ChiDJ- I lived in Logan Square for 5 years- where do you stay?
