When I browse through my Live clips (in this case:simpler patch used), I have noticed sometimes (not sure if it happens all the time) that the clip doesn't playback properly.
If I click it to audition the liveclip, I don't hear any sound until the second midi note is played. The first note gets missed by the browser audition playback. I have noticed this with simpler and impulse, and tested over the last few days. I am pretty sure its a problem. You can playback the liveclip perfectly if its dragged into the set, the missed midi note only happens when you preview the Liveclip in the browser.
I have sent an email to support.

Live clips play fine loaded into set, but missing first note(s?) in the browser preview.
Thanks.

Just to add (and bump) I found this isn't happening with all Live instruments.
For instance I've just been previewing Operator Clips where there was no dropped note. They played fine from the browser.
I am still unsure about exactly whats going on, but I'll add when I find out more after testing. Again if anyone has noticed anything similar please let me know.
Seems to be mainly Simpler Clips I think...

I noticed that too. It happens with clips using Simpler in multisample mode. Instead of playing the first notes it lists all loading samples in the status line. As soon as all samples are loaded it starts playing fine.

Thanks for confirming this is happening to you lot as well. I'm glad it isn't just me. I've not really used any of the multisample simpler patches though, so I can confirm its not just those causing the problem.
I'm gonna have a proper look later see if I can find some way to reproduce this.
Cheers.
