Drag & Drop ALS files into current live set crash

Hello, I have a problem drag and dropping *.als files into a currently open live set. When I try to drag and drop any .als file, Live crashes (by crash I mean that it kills the process and a 'Send Error Report' dialog pops up).

To reproduce simply drag an *.als file into your current Live set. It doesn't crash every time you do this but it crashes about 80% of the time.

Setup:
Windows XP
Live 5.2.2
